  I had 169$ in ones trying to deposit into savings and Brittany was I guess training? She made me feel like I was an inconvenience and you can tell mood changed as soon as I showed her the ones. Will not be returning to this location.

  Walked into this location on last week to Cash a check with a lady name brittany she was very polite and well respected.I had a rough morning but before I left out Wells Fargo she definitely put a smile on my face walking out the bank also the personal bankers was nice as I enter into Wells Fargo.Im not from Richmond va I was visiting family on last week but if I lived here I will definitely make this my home bank.

  I cannot imagine that anyone would continue on with this bank on purpose. This bank treats people awful! There are plenty of other banking options so I would suggest that you go anywhere else but here! They have fees for everything! They move money into a "savings account" whether you want them too or not, and then charge you $18 to move it back! Checking accounts are no longer free. They do not care about you. You are just a number. Large checks get held for 10 days regardless. I could have mailed the check and gotten cash from the other bank in shorter time! One person told me to call in 5 days and they would release the hold for me. When I called in 5 days, they told me that they don't do that and I had gotten bad information. In the mean time, if I need to move money from savings to cover my account in the mean time, I am going to be charged $18. This is only 1 of many many things that make this bank so awful to deal with. Please take my word and find a different bank!!
